Kyle Busch, who's nickname is 'Wild One' survived a mid race incident where he almost spun out to rally back and win the Coke 400 at Daytona International Speedway.

Busch scored his sixth win of the season on a green white checkered flag finish that ultimately ended under caution.

Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch were battling for the lead going into turn one on the white flag lap when a pack of cars wrecked behind the duo. Busch was slightly ahead when the caution came out, but it took NASCAR a few moments to determine who won according to electronic scoring.

“I wasn’t sure until we were going down the back straightaway,” said Edwards. “I was pretty sure though when we were running because I saw the yellow light come right when I was going by it and I was just getting a run up on his door so I thought I was probably second.”

Those final laps of the race were almost as wild as the race itself.
