Some one call the law, I wish to report a crime!

--(Cont'd From Front Page)-- Regan Smith was robbed. The perpetrator was none other than NASCAR.

On the last lap of Sunday’s race at Talladega coming from turn 4, Tony Stewart forced Smith's DEI / RCR powered Chevrolet below the yellow line. Smith in turn raced and beat Tony back to the checkered flag, thus earning his first win.

But, in an effort to give Tony Stewart, Joe Gibbs Racing, and Toyota yet another victory; they take the win away and give it to Tony.

I understand during the race one can't pass below the yellow line. However this is the last lap with no one in front. How can NASCAR allow this to tainted win stand is beyond me. I guess next time Smith should wreck the field.

This win should have an asterisk placed by it.
